The weather is getting warmer, and that means it’s time to break out the lunch menu at Whitebait.  Available from 12 Wednesday to Friday.  There’s a great range to choose from, including Angus Beef fillet, Snapper and Lemon Sole, Ricotta Dumplings and of course our seasonal Whitebait Tart.

Desserts reflect the freshness of the season as well, with our Mandarin Sorbet, Lemonade Souffle and many other summer treats.

If you want to taste a little of everything, there’s a special tasting menu for the whole table which includes snacks, scallop, salmon, snapper, mandarin sorbet and sweets for $85 – ideal for a long lunch with friends or colleagues.
